WHO WE ARE
We are a process service company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Our Owner/President, Keith Stalcup, has been associated with the business since its’ inception. He is very familiar with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP). All of our contractors are authorized by the Judicial Branch Certification Commission to deliver civil process.
WHAT WE DO
We strive to give our clients an outstanding quality of service. We provide our clients with software which allows them online access for status lookups 24/7 year round. We provide automatic notification through e-mail after services have been delivered; as well as status information. In addition, we provide E-Filing of Affidavits and Due Diligent Affidavits along with the Invoice.

Our corporate offices are based out of the Dallas / Ft. Worth metroplex. We also provide numerous process services nationwide, including the delivery of documents. Our process services include: Delivering Civil Process, Filing Of Court Documents, Issuance Of Subpoenas, Court Research, Posting, and Locate Services.
